Hi, my mesaage rate is under 95% even when i set up automatic replay...how it is possible?
Has the time limit expired for the automatic response? That was my first thought.
I believe you have to reset the auto reply every 5 days unless you are in vacation mode. Not 100 percent on the 5 days, but you do have to reset it. Have you done that?
Most likely there is a misunderstanding. The time you choose is not the time when the auto-reply messages are sent. It‘s for how long you want them to be sent.
The auto-reply settings are not permanent. They are time-limited and must be reset each time the set time has expired.

there are two types of auto reply,
one that you can set for 1 hour to 5 days, the default is 1 hour, so you have to change it to longer if you want, but the max is 5 days.
The other one, you can only set for a maximum number of days a week, and maximum hours in a day,
You select the days you are available, (minimum 4 days) so the messages are sent the days you don't select
And you set the times you are available, (which has to be at least 8 hours) so messages are sent the times you don't select
So with this one, you will have to be checking your messages at least 4 days a week anyway, in case some come in, in the hours you say you work
