CSV has incorrect information which has affected my star seller status

Had a look at CSV and compared it to the on screen platform as it said there was no tracking. There was. It clearly says there was but it is coming up as no tracking on the csv form . So now I have lost star seller status

Tracking needs to have at least one completed scan in order to count. If entered manually, the tracking # must be perfectly the same or it will not count as well.

@CultofMedea: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipping company or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

I think there may be a bug in the system. I posted in technical issues because it showed on Star Seller that I had an order without processing time. I checked everything...downloaded orders, etc. and everything has a processing time. All my shipping profiles too! Between this and the fact that buyers who review purchases on mobile devices being unable to leave more than 4 stars, Star Seller is getting as bad (or worse) as it was in the beginning.
