Hello!
I am very new to selling on Etsy. I create my digital downloads on Canva and sell my template. I am having issues with the template link. Once a customer purchases my template they recieve my pdf with the live template link. Once they click on that, it takes them to Canva to create an account. Once that happens, Canva requires them to request access to my template, even though they already made the purchase. I granted my customer access to the template, but now I can see all of her edits on my original template that I created and not her own private template. What am I doing wrong!?!? I have searched the internet for an answer and I keep getting the response back that Canva requires you to request access even after purchasing. I have purchased Canva templates on Etsy and have never had to do this before. HELP ME PLEASE!

So what do we do with the link to get it into etsy?
I already share my template by using the Template Link. It still requires the customer to request access. All my template links are live.
I did finally read that it's probably because Canva has changed their access. I will be reaching out to Canva, but it appears that you may have to have a Canva Pro account in order to use the template links. Ugh.
