Im having an issue that doesnt let me to log in ,because im not receiving the text messages on phone.
I am sure you have tried restarting your phone and checking there are no updates pending. Do you have your back up codes?
I restarted the phone,uninstalled the etsy seller app and reinstalled it again.
I have no backup codes showing on my 2FA page .
When i try to disable 2FA it says to wait 60 seconds until i get the phone text message ,but im not getting it.
Im having this issue for a long time,a few weeks.
Check the settings of your app and the provider and make sure they have not blocked incoming marketing messages during a previous update
I checked and everything works well on my part.
Im receiving authentification codes from banks and other sources without problems,and also i receive a lot of marketing messages from various places ,including Etsy,on email.
Its just the 2Fa on Etsy doesnt work.
Now im logged on laptop but when im not home i cant reply to customers messages because im not logged in on Etsy on my phone.
It is the same phone that worked well until 2 -3 weeks ago and until today i had been logged in on Etsy on my phone on Chrome.
I loged off from phone and now i cant log in even on google chrome,not just the Etsy seller app.
I got a new laptop 3 weeks ago and i had to log in and it works.
The phone is the same and doesnt work to log in anymore.
Run a full scan on your phone just in case, check when the latest update was installed on your phone and see if it coincides with the time line when it stopped working. Clear the cookies and cache on your phone, then restart. Try to sign in both via the app and the browser on your phone.
If you are logged into your dashboard via your laptop, are you able to add the 2FA via a authenticator app without it prompting a text message? If yes, download the google authenticator app and add your Etsy account.
If all that continues to fail, your only choice is to contact Etsy and see if they can temporarily switch it off so you can fix it.

Try this: Mobile Network settings in Settings. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network settings
