@ModFabio contacted support through chat two days ago and still no email (forum showing announcement and tech issues). Contacted with phone call earlier, but it seem that you're able to fix things faster per account. Account also seem to have issues around gift mode and the only "best seller" not indexing glitch. Sales of "best sellers" stopped completely since and badges lost. All these lead to tanking sales and this recent glitch seem also tanked sales to 0 and activity to nearly 0 (1). This does not seem normal and each glitch seem to effect account.
@ModFabio I'm having the same issue so if you could assist, that would be great. I do notice that under my profile it shows 'Reader' - am i right in assuming it should show as 'Seller' in order to access everything?
