Cannot turn off vacation mode?

I’m trying to sort this out for my daughter as her shop was placed on vacation mode for some unknown reason. When I try to turn off I get a message saying ‘cannot turn off vacation mode in this stage’… can anyone help me/her?

she doesn’t have pending orders, she’s only sold a few things. This is very frustrating!

She needs to contact Etsy to find out why and try to resolve the issue(s).

Has she verified her banking info as requested by Etsy?  This issue sometimes comes up for new sellers after their first order.

Is she 18 and older?  If she is under 18, you or another adult need to be the owner of the shop.  It is possible that the reason for the shop being on vacation is verification of ID.  Minors Policy - Our House Rules | Etsy

Has she contacted Etsy? She needs to ask them why that happened. Look for an email. 

Why isn't she asking herself? If she has a shop she needs to be able to resolve issues on her own.

If etsy places a shop on vacation mode, only they can release it. It's usually a banking or ID issue. Look for an email (like in your spam/junk folder) or a warning on your dashboard. Then contact etsy through your dashboard>community & help>contact us.

Check the emails for that account (including junk mail). Etsy now require identification documents - they request these after the first sale. ID and bank details must match the name on the account (user name, not shop name). Etsy often puts a shop on vacation while they verify the ID documents.
