I am not able to buy shipping labels again.

Can somebody please tell me if there is something I can do?

I have not encountered this issue, but others have been able to hit "refresh" on the page a couple times, to get the label window.

Glitches like this that slow down our business is unforgiveable - I set up a PirateShip account years ago.

On Wednesday an Etsy moderator acknowledged that there is a random issue when shops try to purchase labels. Some have problems, others none. The tech team is said to be working on the problem. Until they figure out what the glitch is I get the feeling this will continue. So yes it would seem to be a good idea to look into services such as Pirate Ship or others.

Had this today again, very super irritating. It just goes off a long time and then shows back up.  I do use pirate ship as well but it's not set up to handle bulk shipping as well as Etsy is.  We have a lot of packages to ship each day.

happened to me yesterday.  Gave it 20 minutes and then it worked again.

This has been ongoing for over a week and I guess Etsy's IT dept just feels it is not that important.     Workaround is to refresh the page OR use Pirate Ship.   I am so tired of the coding errors which affect us not them.    Fix what is broken before you attempt to run a test already!!

@NunusStudio  are you printing one label at a time? Are they etsy labels?
