I ship 100% on-time and provide DHL tracking number, but there is system problem with ETSY that some order may still show "Pre-Transit" or "not-shipped on time" on their StarSeller CSV spreadsheet report. But when you click on the order, it shows order complete, and clicked on the tracking link, DHL also shows delivered. Customer even wrote 5 star review about Fast Shipping.
