Cannot pull up history on customer by clicking on their name

Trying to get a purchase history on my newest customer, but when I click on their name nothing happens.  I have to go into my dashboard and click on their name from there, or do a sales search.  I closed out every screen, cleaned and then opened only the sales and shipping page, but still happening.  I am on Chrome and my desktop.

Yeah, something wonky is going on. I can't use my snippets for sending messages right now either.

@FishBayElements  I can't do it either. Nothing happens when I click on their buying history.
