After speaking with Etsy support the problem is still not resolved! What is happening is when I go to print the shipping label, I get a "printing canceled" on my screen. I'm supposed to be getting an email from Etsy tech support but haven't yet. I need to print this label!
I am in the same position. Cannot print from my desktop. I can fill out the shipping form, but gets stuck on REVIEW. So irritating - always some glitch to contend with and this doesn't seem to be related to the printing shipping labels issue as per the Technical Issues forum or is it?
I cannot even get to adding insurance. I can choose “flat rate small box” and then 6 ounces. After that it says there are no shipping options! Usually says Priority Mail cause that’s what it is. The address is in Alabama and post office approved so must be Etsy. I’ve tried with Safari, Chrome, and the Etsy App. I just don’t understand why we sellers cannot just write to ETSY!!! Especially shipping on time is one of those things we get penalized for either not being “STAR” or sinking down in the search.
