Cannot print packing slip from "message" pop up on orders

This morning I have printed out shipping labels and I always print out a packing slip from the popup.   This morning, when I click to print packing slip, I get this error:

FPDF error: Not a JPEG file: https://i.etsystatic.com/5664875/c/2250/1786/0/66/il/c4c363/1255620518/il_75x75.1255620518_dsy6.jpg

So to be able to include a packing slip, I have to go to my completed orders and print from there.   Anyone else experiencing this?

I always go to my order page and print the packing slip from there.  I didn't know there was any other way.

This morning, I could not, that is why I posted this and Etsy chat support is useless.     They do NOT understand one bit what the issue is.    They ignore the error code and send me information as to how to print out a shipping label.

I always print my packing slip from the order page and then print my shipping label.  I have never had any trouble with mine.

I also print from the order page and packing slips and receipts won’t print. Says to contact support but can’t even get through to a chat. Hope they fix this soon!
