Star Seller Order Problems

Hello, I actually meet all the conditions for the star seller badge. However, orders that have been delivered and confirmed appear as pending in the sales section.

Another requirement for the SSB is that ''you need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale''.

Was the date of your first sale 90 days prior to December 31st?

Did you mark them as complete and enter the tracking numbers?

'Pending' on star seller page means you aren't eligible for the star yet. That's usually because it hasn't been 90 days since your first order. Once you pass 90 days the 'pending' bit won't show on star seller page anymore.

Hello. I have the same problem. I just have one more difference, even though I bought my first order in May, it looks like an April

@GraphicGiftsDesign even if you sold your first order in April, that would still not be early enough to be eligible for star seller. You might become eligible on August 1st.

@GraphicGiftsDesign: Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the first of the month. If on that date it has been more than 90 days since your first sale and you have met the order quantity and volume minimums during the preceding three month period, only then will the badges and star calculations be made based on the preceding three month period.

Thanks for replying. but even if I meet all the criteria, it still shows pending?is this something about me?I'm afraid of it. If I'm doing wrong somewhere, I want to fix it right away. If it's not something that comes from me, I'll be patient and continue, of course.

It has not been 90 days yet. You did nothing wrong--you just have to wait until  the 90 days are up as @Amaradorn  and @BagmakerSupply  have told you above.
