Three days ago, I disappeared from search. I am not penalized as far as I know. No notifications from etsy. No reply to email. Nobody to talk to. Just losing sales. I thought that when they raised our fees, we were supposed to get a better seller experience. Nothing has changed. In fact, it's worse. The last time that I was "disappeared" it was on Etsy's end, not mine. That time, I had a person on the other end of a phone line. Now, I guess I just wait.
You appear to be deindexed. From what I have read in this forum, you will have to email support with the subject as deindexed. Sorry this has happened. Hopefully, it can be resolved quickly.
@LevelLander : You an open a support ticket with Etsy through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
Sent one yesterday, sent one today.
Don't send multiple emails. Just send one, wait for Etsy to answer, and if they haven't resolved your issue, keep responding to the original email saying you still need help. If you send multiple emails it will put you at the bottom of the list.
Do not continue to send new emails, because Etsy will assume your problem is solved and close the ticket.
Find your first email - did they reply to it? Reply only to that email saying that your problem has not been solved. Wait for a reply, and ONLY reply to that email.
Continue to say that you are DE-INDEXED until they fix it. It will take time.
Don't send multiple requests. That will just slow it down. If you open a new request without going through the I Still Need Help link in the first request, they will assume it was solved and close that request. Then the new request is kicked to the back of the line again and treated as a new inquiry.
Be patient. It can take Etsy up to 10 days to respond sometimes.
very frustrating it happened to me as well
