So my shop has been de-indexed. I can't reach support as when I get into the Help section, it doesn't let me sign in or it goes to a Hiccup page. I have access to my dashboard as usual though.
@FrenchVintagePrints : Have you tried Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us or https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling#issuelist_selling_shipping There should a "I Still Need Help" link at the bottom.
I have. It just opens a new Help center window and takes me back to the start.
same with me. my shop was showing up yesterday but this morning I cant be found in search . very frustrating
Especially when you can't reach support.
