Cannot find my shop even searching my own shop name

For unknown reason, my shop or items are not showing up in relevant search terms, which they ranked on page 1 previously.

And further to that, when I try to search my own shop name, it also did not show up in the search result at all (Even I scroll to the last page).

Some information about my shop, and hope it will help for further investigation.

Some search terms that my shop/items are not showing up (but it was working fine previously):

- Clinical Owl

- Pharmacology Notes

- Nursing Notes

My shop or items has not violate any policies, so it should not be delisted due to this reason. And I can access my shop or items through direct URL.

I have contacted the support team regarding this issue yesterday, and it was fixed for a while. But then, the same issue happen again today.

May I seek your help to look into this issue? Thanks

Your shop is not indexed. You need to contact Etsy support again and ask them to index it. This Forum is peer support from other sellers. We can't fix the problem. Etsy support is not here and will not respond to your forum post.

you also have no location set - so if you search for your country as a default, you won't find yourself
