I believe my Digital Only shop was mistakenly penalized for the June Star Seller badge due to a triggered Shipping Score. I have only sold digital products and for some reason, I received the "shipping score" category for June consideration only. (My dashboard is back to normal for July consideration which tells me June was a mistake.) I have spoken to multiple people through Etsy Support who all said there must be a listing marked as physical. I've searched through all of my listings, all of my sales, and pulled the "Order Breakdown" csv report from the Star Seller column (per Etsy Support instruction) - and Zero sales show. This penalty doesn't make any sense.
