Cannot edit shop sections names

Hello!

For at least one months, I cannot edit nor modify the shop sections names. When I try to modified it, it say "an error has occured, please try again" 

I've tried to contact Etsy technical support, without any succes.

I have tried different browsers, deleted cookies, tried it through the Apps but nothing works! Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? I'm so tired of wasting my time on this...

Hi there, I've been trying to change my sections names but I am stuck on the section editing window and it does not work. I need to edit them because i wrote them in English instead of French as master language.

I tried on both Chrome and Safari, and also on Chrome on my mobile, I cleared the cookies, restarted the browser... Still doe not work.

Please, Etsy, can you fix that?

Replying to a forum post from a closed shop is not considered an effective way to contact Etsy.
