Cannot edit a listing

I cant edit a pre-published listing.  When I click the edit button it simply goes to a blank white screen.

Are you using the website on a browser or the Etsy seller app?

Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, try closing whatever app you are using and go back in to try again.  If that doesn't work turn off your device and reboot it. Maybe have a cup of tea.

Did you manage to get it working again? I have contacted Etsy Support twice in the last couple of days but the matter still isn't resolved. I can't edit any of my listings using the App. I've done all the suggestions but as of today [20.01.2024] it's still not working. I have to use the computer
