Hola, ojala alguien pueda ayudarme, abri mi tienda hace 1 semana y han intentado realizar varias compras y les llega un mensaje de compra cancelada y no explica el motivo y dicen que envian un correo y es mentira no le notifican al comprador porque cancelan la compra

You may have been targeted by scammers.  Are these ''buyers'' messaging you and telling you they need your email in order to purchase?

@AmorelaDigital: If a payment is declined and / or an order cancelled it is unlikely that Etsy will tell the buyer why, for legal reasons - they will merely notify them of the result. They definitely can not and will not tell the seller why. Depending on where in the process the payment fails, the seller may not even be aware there was an order.

If a legitimate buyer contacts you about a failed purchase there is nothing you can do any way. The buyer needs to contact Etsy about payment issues. More likely, though, it is an attempt to trick you into either taking the transaction off Etsy (which is against the rules) or to obtain your personal data through a phishing attempt or other scam.

I think it is a scam, as I do not see a sale in your shop.

@AmorelaDigital  Either these are scammers trying to get your email and after that your financial information.

Or these are purchases that didn’t go through (maybe they were stolen credit card numbers).

Those are fake customers. They are really thieves who just are trying to get your money. Do not give out any information to them. If you have a real order, it will be on your order page, with everything you need.
