Hi. I had a sale in my shop and the following day the buyer and I agreed to cancel due to a shipping charge issue. The amount of the sale was immediately refunded and for two weeks now it continues to show up as an overdue order. I’ve contacted technical support multiple times and I continue to get referred back to the seller handbook. I cannot get any individualized support or any answers on how to remove this overdue listing from my account. I have literally tried everything. I am so lost on why it is impossible to speak to anyone about technical support issues directly.
I did find the number to contact to Etsy support and when I got a hold of someone they instantly removed it for me! Thank you everyone for the feedback!

Did you cancel the order? It is a two step process, you have to refund in full then click cancel. If you don't cancel just refund, it isn't cancelled. You find that on the order, click the three dots, then click cancel. Sometimes it takes a day or two to update after you cancel. Refunding doesn't cancel the sale.
Thank you for the reply. Yes I did cancel the order first and then I issued the refund.
You also have to cancel
Yes I did cancel it as well at the same time that I issued the refund to the buyer
@VelvetSleighRides If you officially cancelled the order after giving a full refund, the order would move to your cancelled orders section. It would not still be showing as overdue for shipping.
Go back to the order and confirm that you have truly cancelled the order.
