I've already tried to log out and in, different browser, different device (mobile app). But nothing have changed.
How do I fix this issue?

Hi, If you are using the New Listing Form, did you try switching back to the old one? I've not used the new one yet (have always switched back). I really hope this will do the trick for you.
Thak you for your reply.
I've tried both ways: through New Listing Form and through Shipping settings. Both give me the same result - red rectangle "We could not update your profile". I'm a seller from Ukraine that uses POD providers in US, can it be the case?
Update: I've managed to create new shipping profile by selecting specific Shipping service. But still an empty try with selecting "Other" as Shipping service
I have the same problem. Have you found a solution to this issue?
I have had trouble with the changes being saved or updated.
Same problem here also. All my listing mention "update required" regarding shipping and going to the shipping parameters, I cannot save any change
I received an email from PirateShip.com. USPS has increasing rates scheduled for July. Wow!
I have the same problem, It won't let me create a new shipping profile for my Printed Mint item. It also shows a message that I'm charging too much for shipping but that is what Printed Mint is charging me, and even if I try to lower that, the message won't go away - HELP!!!
