Why is my review rating shows half star?

Hi,

 noticed my reviews must be bugged.

Star Rating showing 4,5 stars even though all my reviews are 4 and 5 stars with 4,9 rating overall.

could anyone have a look at this please?

@Baranndi: The "stars" on your shop home page is based on a rolling twelve month period (unlike Star Seller which is based on a three month period). Did you actually do the math for that twelve month period to confirm that your percentage is 4.9?

I don't think they publish information anywhere on what the trigger point for a displayed half-star is.

Etsy often sends sellers to this forum when it is an issue that they will not / cannot do anything about. This forum should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).

This forum consists of posts mainly from other sellers, no one can fix anything for you here, even if there was something to fix.

Shop star score is based on the last 12 months. So right now, any reviews received between this date in February a year ago up until today count toward your average.

Look through your reviews again.

In the last year, you've had reviews with less than 4 and 5 stars, so that affects the total.

Reviews over a year old don't count toward your total.

Shop review star average is different from star seller, which only counts the last three months.
