When I select “start from scratch,” it jumps back to main listings page and will not allow me to add a new listing.
I had this same problem on my Android phone using the new blue app. I just switched to copy another listing and worked from there. I hope it's fixed soon.
When I try to add a new listing on the new seller app and hit go to start from scratch I get I black screen. Can somebody explain this?
