I was waiting for a response from a buyer concerning their order. I happened to notice an orange dot next to the envelope icon on their order. This was the only indication that I had a message, it did not show up on my dashboard on the Messages tab. For any admin. that might see this post, is this a known glitch?
Same thing happened to me, I missed a message, dinged my star seller, I’m so annoyed! I was even checking regularly. I never get email notifications. No pop up, no nothing.
I had the same thing happen today. Buyer placed an order yesterday and I had a question on shipping. I messaged her yesterday. When I logged in early this morning, I went to my dashboard. There wasn't any messages showing. I had to send anew message to another customer and clicked on messages. No new message there either. I then went to my orders and there was an orange dot next to the envelope of the order with the shipping question. Her message was sent a few hours before I logged in. Once I responded to her message both her reply and my response showed in messages. I contacted CS but they said that had not heard of any problems & thought it was just a glitch. Sellers be sure to look at your orders and don't rely solely on your dashboard.
