Cannot access the financial portion of my shop and customers cannot purchase

Going on 11 days now for assistance!!! I need assistance with multiple issues I am having with my shop. #180099683, 18002090, 18087092, 18758754 and 18014109. All of these messages are related to the same problem I am having with my shop. Have not heard from anyone in tech support to resolve this matter. I cannot get to my financial information, so somehow I am being blocked from updating my shop info and customers are told I am not taking payments for sales at this time. Not on vacation, not a foreign entity so what is the problem? Once I received a generic message with links that did not pertain to my issue. So frustrating. Will anyone respond since Etsy has zero access for sellers to contact? Someone please help.

are you sure all your details are the same as in your other shop? credit card? expiry? bank info? name? (apart from email which should be different)

btw: "If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy. "

also, I don't think your shop policies are complete in either shop.

Can you not get to your shop from the forums?

Are you being blocked from entering or is this after you have logged in?

It is possible that someone has hacked your shop.  Have you checked your bank account?  Have you changed passwords on bank account to prevent someone from getting into your bank account.

Etsy is not here.  We are your fellow sellers.

Do you have an email from Etsy?  If so reply back to that email that you still need help.  That's the way it works.  You reply back to the generic message.

@TheMoodyReader2 I'm sorry your shop is still broken. I'm disappointed that you have not had any support from Etsy.
