Last year I let my www. on Pattern lapse. This year I reinstated it and had Pattern for two months. Having no activity, I stopped the subscription, mostly because I get weary of spending money on ads, etc., monthly. My shop is so small that I spend more than I make most months. (Been here since 2013). In late March is started and paid for the Pattern site but never could reach it and had Etsy stop the subscription, which they did and refunded that small amount. Two weeks ago, hoping for a better result, I started the Pattern site again, was charged the monthly fee and since then have not been able to access my site. Working with Chat and help I have tried everything suggested. Firewalls, DUNS settings, different engines. Cookies, permissions, you name it. Still nothing. I was given a case number. When I went back the next day with the case number and all the things I tried, I was basically told to keep trying and that they would investigate on their end, and not to expect any more communication on this via the chat. That was two weeks ago. Supposedly they monitor the chat for all I post and I have passed on all information I get regarding the inability to attach to my website, but I have had zero response in any form (email or the chat). Is there anything I can do to do get some information??? Etsy has no issue making sure they get what is coming to them - how about real concern for their clients? I know I don't make them tons of money but as one who has been on the site now more than 10 years you would think.......
My pattern site ended and I never figured out why and have not looked into it. I had assumed it would continue unless I stopped it. I believe I still pay for it. Not that this is any help to you, but it seems like these pattern sites are not a priority
