My ID is on holiday mode since 2 months. I don't understand anything what should I do ?

i don't see any option to submit documents. But this message showing on my dashboard that ' Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you' . 

I don't have any other source to work apart from this. 

Please help me to solve this problem so i can do work on etsy.

There are only other sellers here. You will have to contact Etsy via the help section "contact us" in your dashboard.
