Cannot Refund

Anyone else with the same issue? When I try to refund, I get an "overlay" that says Account Information Your Profile Sign Out and a Big "X".  I am able to fill in all the refund fields except for Choose a Reason, and cannot proceed.I tried refreshing, etc.

I had the same issue. I was able to process a refund using the Etsy app. Go to the order, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and then select "Cancel order."

perhaps the problem is connected to the Etsy Ap? partial refunds cannot be refunded and keeps logging me out. this is a widespread continuing issue. hope etsy fixes this soon before it affects our business...

Have same issue but you can round it using Tab on the keyboard. If you go past the section you want Shift + Tab to go backwards.

will try this however there is obviously a major problem occurring on the Etsy site. this is not normal. something is amiss. hope we get some resolution soon.

I managed to remove that overlay by clicking on my seller account at the very bottom left. I clicked on the arrow and it removed the overlay.

I just tried that but unfortunately on my end the issue is still there. Is it my logo on the bottom left with the arrow next to it that you are referring to?

thank you i will try this however obviously there is a major issue here as the overlay is not normal and should not be disabling the refund functions and kicking sellers off the site. hopefully this will be resolved soon. something is wrong with the site.

Sorry ... I don't know exactly what the issue was that Etsy was resolving earlier today ... it could have nothing to do with what you are currently experiencing OR it could have happened due to resolving the other issue.  Sorry, hope you get it fixed soon.  Be sure to report it, there are several avenues, including the one I posted.
