Cannot Refund

Anyone else with the same issue? When I try to refund, I get an "overlay" that says Account Information Your Profile Sign Out and a Big "X".  I am able to fill in all the refund fields except for Choose a Reason, and cannot proceed.I tried refreshing, etc.

Yes. It’s happening to me too. I can’t refund. It just logs me out.

good to know there are other people experiencing the same thing . I can't refund and there's a strange overlay. plus I've been unable to access Etsy a lot of the day and thought it was my router, maybe it isn't.

I am unable to issue a partial refund to my customer because the Etsy page is off and it keeps kicking me off of the page.

I'm trying to do a refund but the navigation bar has turned into a centered overlapping menu that says: Account information, Your Profile, Etsy Marketplace, Signout, (X) and I can't use the dropdown as it's on the same line as "sign out". I've restarted, tried other browsers, make the page larger and smaller with both dragging and +/- and I can't get it to go away. It looks like it's a responsive issue, but since everything is centered I can't get it to go away. I wish I could just post a picture to show what's happening.

I took another seller’s tip and clicked the arrow next to shop icon in bottom left of screen. It removed the text overlay and I was able to proceed with refund.

same issue. no help from Etsy support thus far. i just contacted help via email and put in a help request!  hope that Etsy knows this is going on and will resolve.

me too! without the Etsy support phone option when will they address! i have also lost access to support chat and there is no longer a phone # for support.

Hello same problem. I cannot issue refunds either and seen an X overlay just like you. I have contacted Etsy Support repeatedly when I could no longer access Etsy Chat. There is no longer any phone support to my knowledge. This is a serious issue that needs Etsy's immediate action as this will potentially cause problems as buyer will not get the refund they need. I am afraid of cases opened and losing revenue. Where is Etsy Support? and why is this happening to Sellers? I am at a loss as to how to resolve! Help.

The issue is site wide. 

Many other issues in our shop managers right now which seem to be affecting everyone.
