Anyone else with the same issue? When I try to refund, I get an "overlay" that says Account Information Your Profile Sign Out and a Big "X". I am able to fill in all the refund fields except for Choose a Reason, and cannot proceed.I tried refreshing, etc.
yes something is up. hope we get some answers soon so we can continue to operate safely and efficiently without lost revenue. ugh.

I am having the same issues! I have been trying off and on for several hours to refund some shipping charges.
For those having refund issues ...
Before you keep trying to issue a refund, be sure to check your financials to ensure it actually did not go through the first time (give it 5-10 minutes and keep checking) ... there has been a glitch happening recently where multiple refunds are actually being issued. So if you get an error with the initial refund attempt and go to try to do it again, be sure it's not actually issuing another refund to the buyer!
