Cancellation Request From Customers

First of all hello everyone A buyer contacted me to cancel an order because she accidentally placed two orders. Then another buyer contacted me to cancel the order. Even though these requests come from customers, will canceling orders negatively affect my Etsy store? How will I prove to Etsy that the cancellation requests are from the customers? Or what happens if I refuse to cancel an order or ship the products? Thank you in advance, have a nice day and good sales

There are several things that could negatively affect a shop, but cancelling an order, especially if the buyer requested it, is not one of them.  Etsy can see the messages you've received from those buyers.

Why would you refuse to cancel?  If you didn't, the buyer can open a case or dispute the charge with their payment provider.  I don't think you'd want Etsy taking a look at your shop if a case is opened.

Is the reason that some buyers are canceling because you are in Turkey and they might be looking for faster, more local shippers?

You could avoid a lot of that if you put your shop location in the space provided for that.

But no, canceling will not damage your shop.

Customer refuses to accept the shipment and it gets sent back to you, you are then out the postage you paid and still have to refund.

Customer receives item and opens up a NAD case or a chargeback, then you are now out the product, postage paid, and have to refund in full. 

Customer receives item, leaves you a negative review, possibly outlining what awful customer service you have.

Customer opens a claim and Etsy looks at your shop, which is breaking many rules, and you get shut down permanently.

What will negatively affect your shop is the IP infringement, and you have no shop policies

You don't have to be so angry I didn't think that the products I sell in many market places would cause a problem here as well. I can close my page myself.
