Vacation mode off. Still ads not working - Welcome to the Etsy Community

When clicking on ads, it says in vacation mode. Actually, vacation mode is off. Please help me to fix the issue.

Your shop is open.

Maybe stop the ads and start them again.

I cannot access ads manager. It says the shop is not active and in holiday.
