Canceled Order Stilling Showing in Solds

I have a buyer request to cancel an item yesterday shortly after purchasing. I canceled and they were refunded. I received all the normal email verifications and it was removed from my orders. However it is still showing in my "Sales" on shop home page and my number of Sold Items is still counting it. Anyone else having this issue?

As far as I know that is normal.  I had a cancelation and it still shows in my number of items sold.

I had one like that, which showed in my sold listings for 36-48 hours before it cleared, but more than a week later ny sold figure hasn't corrected.

Thanks, I figured it was just a glitch. It will still show in sold items under listings but should not show in your X# Sales on your shop page under your shop name. It's not a big deal but just odd. LOL

the same thing is happening to me. It makes it appear that is didin't ship on time and it is making make 100 % star badge down to an 88%
