1. Android users can't use explore and some etsy seller app features

2. I can't use etsy or etsy seller on bluestacks

3. While etsy seller app has feature of multi login shops, I can't do it on PC

Those are big "CAN'T"s. 

Some part of the world can access etsy but rest of them can'tsy! But you still work on something like "Growth tips" page. Here is a growth tips for you etsy.

I think you need to contact Etsy direct as this is a community forum for sellers to help each other.  Etsy does not reply directly to these messages.

When you send a message to Etsy about its shortcomings, you cannot get a reasonable answer too.

Sounds like you don't have a phone, or you wouldn't be using Bluestacks.  I used to use an Android emulator just the hear the cha-ching, before I got my first phone.  So yes - you are limited.  If you have multiple shops, and you are using a computer, you need to use different browsers.

Sounds like you are limiting yourself and blaming Etsy.  Sorry  - you need to work with what you have.

* I still use the Etsy app mainly for notifications - it's not that great yet!
