So it keeps saying my bank details are wrong and won’t accept the document I’m sending them to verify that it is the correct account. Nothing is wrong with the details I’m putting in but it just won’t verify so I can’t get my money from sales. What is this what’s going on I’ve done it at least 3 times now and it still won’t verify.

So when I go into payment account it says my bank details are incorrect so they cannot pay me. So I go to verify it, give my details, send the documents they need to confirm the details are in fact correct and then it just doesn’t work. I’ve done this twice now. Etsy is just saying my bank account is wrong but it’s not and I can’t verify it.
Try requesting a call back
drop the first 0 from your phone number when adding it
This doesn’t work for me. It says “we can only take calls in English..” I’m in the uk…lol
oh.. well it is not one of the greatest systems but even the AI should be able to guess on a bad day that people in the UK speak English
Make sure all the details match to the letter including your name. So if you are John J Smith on your account the exact same should be on Etsy John J Smith
I’ll have a look and see if it’s different anywhere for some reason because that’s all I can think of at this point there must be a discrepancy somewhere like that. Thank you for the help
you are very welcome, best of luck!
Hi im having the same problem, my bank account has my middle name on it so should i put my middle name on etsy next to my first name or last name field?
