Can't export labels

I use pirateship to print labels, they cannot pull in to their site for about an hour now. Ebay/Amazon/Shopify all working but etsy has errors... Error: Unable to fetch NSS Etsy orders: We were unable to find your Etsy shop
Error: Unable to fetch HSS Etsy orders: We were unable to find your Etsy shop
Error: Unable to fetch MLS Etsy orders: We were unable to find your Etsy shop

I am experiencing the same issue right now. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

I deleted the integration and reconnected it. It worked after that.

I just contacted Pirate Ship. They are aware of the issue and provided an easy fix. From your PS account: settings>integrations>delete to remove your etsy connection. Then click "connect new source" and readd your account. Worked like a charm in less than 30 seconds.

It doesn't work.  

In Connect New Source, Etsy isn't listed. 

Tried to do this manually, PS says something to the effect that if this changes, we'll let you know. 

Gees I'm using PS all over the place and only on Etsy see hiccups. 

Still printed my label on PS and sorta entered on Etsy. Arghhh

Deleting integrations on pirate ship and re-adding them fixed it for me.

Yep, do what TeriMadeIt says, that's what Pirate Ship told me to do also & it worked!

They said is was something ETSY changed on their end that caused the issue...GO FIGURE!  

But it worked like a charm

It was a change made by Etsy but Pirate Ship had instant chat response & resolved the issue in seconds!!!!

I do not pay a penny for their service, it is FREE & way better support then I pay tons for here!

This is my 4th technical problem on this site in the last few weeks! Almost all still being worked on by Etsy!

Disgraceful!!!!

There is no EXCUSE for this!!
