Can't upload photos in listing

 I cannot upload photos in a new or old listing.   Chrome is up to date as is my new laptop.

I'm having the same issue! I have cleared our cache and cookies, and made sure the browser is up to date too! This computer is a month old. I'm commenting here in the hope that Etsy realizes this is an issue!

Also, our computer is directly hardwired to the internet modem, so connectivity shouldn't be the issue!

@AnnekoJewelry  : "I cannot upload photos in a new or old listing"  It is hard to help when there is no real information in the request. Is it timing out, are you getting the perpetual spinner, are there any error messages, does the file manager not open, does it seem to complete but no picture appears, etc ?

Perpetual spinner has been my experience with photos, and on listing videos it says they're unable to upload it.

same here, in Chrome and Edge both... have updated, cleared browser history, etc...

Haven’t been able to upload more than one picture for months.
