I just drafted an email to Etsy about an issue with my shop and it is asking me to add the EU country of residence at the end before I can submit. I am IN CANADA bit it won't accept that as my answer, and it actually wont accept me to put any country at all. I am unable to ask for help because of this. What do I do?
@BestLifeApparel : Maybe Canada joined the EU while you were not looking? Seriously, though, if you look in this forum there are many many threads about the kind of inconsistency you are experiencing. How (app or browser) and where (which Etsy page) are you trying to do this?
I know the queen passed but really -- that is fast for junior to hand over the country!
