Hello,
I just created a store today and I don't have a button in each listing to upload the file for customers.
I saw that before there was a button from some Youtube videos.
Did the process change and I'm missing something? I can't find where to do it and documentation doesn't help.
Here is a screenshot - https://prnt.sc/Vao9YI30maRd
Please let me know.
Best,
Aleks
As the image clearly states, you've select made to order digital, which means you upload the custom files to the order, after it's been placed.
If you just want an instant download, change the "when was it made" to something other than made to order.

Are you listing as digital and not physical? If so, there is a button to upload the file when you are making the listing. Suggest you use a browser and not the app.
Not using the app of course, and yes, the product was digital. Seems what CappuccinoLace suggested is the solution, will try it now.

Oh, crap. I did "made to order" because Etsy suggested so...
Thank you very much!
What do I do if it's still not there after I changed it?
Omgggg thank you so much I was getting frustrated lol man you save me
It works, thank you very much!
Don't worry I did the same thing this morning and had to google (and found this thread) and I've had a shop for 10 years! Congrats on the new gig!
