Sale could not be completed

Hii!

I´m new to Etsy and just made my first listing here, it´s only online btw. Yesterday my friend tried to order the listing, the  order was processing but then I got and email that Etsy was not able to approve the order and the sale has been removed. The item has been placed back for sale in my shop and I haven´t been charged any fees. And that no action is required from me. She tried to do it again and same thing happened. Today she did again and same thing happened. I know that no action is required from me but I´m worried it´s gonna happen again in future with some potential buyers.

Did anyone have a same problem ? And is there something I could do so it´s not gonna happen again?

Was your friend with you? Possibly sharing wifi? Etsy uses technology to detect when someone may be trying to evade the rules and buy from their own shop. They may have blocked the attempted sales because they thought you were doing what they call shilling.

Ohh yes, I didn´t even know this could be the problem. I´ll tell here she can try again now.
