I'm trying to turn off my Vacation mode on both of my shops but it is not letting me. I managed to do it in one shop yesterday but now it's back on holiday mode. any advice would be much appreciated.

Did you put your shop in holiday mode, or did Etsy? How long have you been in holiday mode? Is there a banner saying anything?

I put it on holiday mode.
I tried the article but the little switch won't switch off
Maybe log out and then try it in another browser just in case there is a glitch. I always use Chrome and have no issues. It's worth a try.

I have the same issue. I didn’t turn on the Vacation mode in my shop. I guess Etsy did and I don’t understand why.
@TheRoyalHeritageShop Your Holiday message says you are fulfilling orders and will be back soon. Did you write this? If not, then Etsy has put you into holiday mode as it thinks you had too many open orders. It is a new thing they are doing. If that scenario doesn't match up, then I would send Etsy a message to try to resolve it.

@LittleEnglishJewelry Yours doesn't say you are catching up on orders. It looks like your own message. So the new browser didn't work - what a mystery!
I have the same issue, how do I contact Etsy? I cannot find any kind of support number, email or chat link anywhere. They make it nearly impossible to get support for sellers. Thank you in advance anyone.
@AmonHeru You have no Shop Policies no About page, Finishing filling shop info out. Yes most likely Etsy put shop in Vacation mode so you will have an email as to why and what they want. Mostly Id verification of some sort, until that is done nothing will happen with your shop.

Etsy tells me my ID is verified, but they can't verify the business information i submitted when I opened my shop...10 years ago! And they have put it on Vacation Mode. It says to "help me catch up on orders" but I'm all caught up. All the business information they have is up-to-date. I don't know what the heck to do. I have emailed Etsy, but last time I emailed them it took around 5-6 days to receive a response. How can they not have a way to contact them by telephone?! This is going to amount to thousands of dollars lost.
I can't get my vacation mode to turn on/off on my phone I have to get on an Ipad or Desktop. I swipe it over on my phone but I think my phone cuts it off to soon and it zips back to off. Are you trying on your phone?
@charmphilosophy You shop is open and people can buy. I am in Canada and check a few listing they are for sale and show in search so your shop is open for Business. : ) Could be a glitch in system or Etsy did not send a notice, or slow to receive, maybe check your email.

As @SaltoftheArt , it doesn't work from my mobile phone. I have to use my computer to turn it on.
Check your email ( including spam) and find a mail from Etsy support, titled: Re-upload your ID

No, the issue is with the app. Many people have this problem. The web app is bad.
It’s a known problem. It’s been a problem for as long as I had my shop. The web app is bad, that’s all.
I have same issue with my shop, and it’s been more then 2 weeks, disappointing experience with Etsy
