While opening the Etsy app on December 13, 2024, to check my recent sales, I was suddenly logged out due to a message citing suspicious activity. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that my bank account had been unlinked, and I could no longer access my account. My shop, MiriVintage, has achieved over 7,000 sales over time, yet despite multiple attempts to contact Etsy, I have received no response. It has now been two months since this issue first occurred, and during this time, customers have continuously opened cases against my shop. The lack of communication and resolution from Etsy has been incredibly frustrating.
