Is anyone else having trouble signing in today? My email and password are working just fine, but I have yet to receive a 6-digit code texted to me despite numerous attempts.
Of course since I’m signed out I don’t have access to a ‘chat’ button (if I did anyway) and I did send Etsy an email but of course it states that they can take 1-2 days to reply and I have orders that I need to ship out TODAY but cannot access.
I’ve tried turning my phone off and on, used another browser and have tried the “resend code” button several times as well. Is anyone else experiencing this glitch? Is there a phone number for Etsy anywhere so that I might get some help a little faster than through an email?

You should have received back up codes when you signed up for the feature.
Where would I find those? An old email or something?
@MustardDandelion It's a list created when yous started 2f and Etsy asks that you keep the list handy.

Thank you for the link, but unfortunately in order to regenerate backup codes I need to be signed in. *rolls eyes*
And so we continue to loop around in circles, lol.
I'm also unable to find the old email with my backup codes, and while I seem to still be signed in on my Etsy app I also can't access any of my security functions or anything like that on the app. Unfortunately I can't print shipping labels from my app, so I definitely need to get signed back in on my desktop.
Does anyone else have any ideas, or is anyone else experiencing this? Maybe it's a site glitch?
Can you, on the app, click on your profile icon, and to get your security settings from there? It has a "regenerate back-up codes" option.
@MustardDandelion: The backup codes would have been a file which you could download and save locally at the time you set up the two factor authorization.

@EphemeralExpressions I tried going to my profile on the app and all it has is un-clickable options. I can see my shop name and icon with an orange check mark next to it on the left and an orange "2" on the right (maybe for my open orders?), and I also see 'Add account' and 'Sign out'. But those options either don't let me do anything or aren't applicable.
Hello. I have the same problem! I even changed my password, but the codes are not coming!
I'm having the same issue. I cannot log into one of my stores at all. Etsy are asking for account verification information which is difficult for me to find since I cannot log in! The back-up codes I was given by Etsy are 9 digits and not 6. I have reset my iphone, reset my network connections, switched airplane mode on and off, nothing works. The texts just don't come through.
@EurekaGuides: The backup codes, despite being a different length, should still work.
Thanks @BagmakerSupply. I just tried it and it worked! Woohoo! Should have come here in the first place. I've had over 30 messages to and fro with Etsy and still no joy!
