Can't reply to message or mark as spam??

So, a spammer sent me a very long message about an hour ago regarding SEO and how much they can help me if I just go ahead and hire them through their Fiverr account, but there is no option to mark as spam, and my "no, thanks" reply has failed to deliver. Any idea how to fix this so I don't lose my very short-lived star seller status?

When you visit your messages section, don't open that one. You'll see the box to check to the left of the message, and the "Mark as Spam" option at the top. ETA: you've already answered the message, so that particular message isn't going to count against your stats, fwiw.

Thank you. I don't see that option, though. I'm away from my desk at the moment, is there not a way to do this in the app?

Does it count as a response, even though the response failed to go through?

I don't see that option in the app: only the option to send to "Trash." You can visit your shop from your phone by opening your browser, though. Weird that it didn't go through: maybe that person has already been removed by Etsy.

@CreeksideCraftwork: Unless something has changed recently, you can only mark a message as SPAM using the buyer app or a browser, the option is not available in the seller app.
