Try turning off your printer, wait a few seconds and turn back on.
Unfortunately has nothing to do with my printer...review button grayed out. Problem is on Etsyb end for sure.
Try another browser especially if you are using I think Firefox or sarari? One of those was having label issues. All else fails open a PirateShip account and print..it is quick and free.
So your problem is you buy the label instead of not being able to print?
