Can't preview, save as draft or post new listings

Working on some new listings in the old listing format. But when I click preview, the wheel keeps spinning & the page never loads. Save as Draft gets me the dreaded red bar & a message that says "must supply all required property ids." & "there was an error, please try again."

I've tried multiple times for 10 minutes now. Anybody know of any issues going on or fixes for this?

Check the drop down for "when did you make it" - sometimes this doesn't fill in properly and it won't let you save the listing without it.

Yeah, it was all filled in correctly & looked good til I went to preview. I'm thinking some kind of glitch...

Try turning off computer or device and reboot. Clear you computer cache if you are using a computer.

Thank you, GroundZero. I did try all those things yesterday. Etsy was still cranky & unresponsive last night ; -)

Didn't try yet this morning... printing labels & off to the PO.

I have not been able to preview listings in the OLD form, but can in the NEW form.  Maybe try listing using the new form and see what happens?

Hi, I am trying to use the new listing format but can't figure out how to save as a draft. I don't see any kind of button for it they way you do in the old listing version. Would love some help! Thanks

I looked at mine and I have the buttons to preview and save as draft.  Certain fields have to be filled in.  It's not on the first page, you have to click continue.

This is exactly what's happening to me.  I can't save, edit or list anything with the new listing tool.  I've reported this a few times and the problem remains.  This is now concerning since Etsy is getting rid of the listing program which works.  I haven't had luck getting it to work. I have done everything on my end so I'm sure it's an Etsy problem.
