Until recently I have never had an issue opening the Etsy website on my phone to download purchased files. Now everytime I try, it just opens the app, so I have no way to access digital things I've purchased. And why has this always been the way to access these anyway. If I can shop and sell via an app, I should be able to download files from the app. But as it stands now, I can't access them at all. Etsy, please fix this annoying problem. I know I'm not the only one having this issue. If you want users to use your app, you need to correct this because now the only way to access my purchases is to uninstall the app.
