Can't log in to my account

Hi,

When I try to log in to my account I receive this message : 

"We've noticed possible suspicious activity on your account. For security purposes, we've temporarily limited your access to protect your information until you reach out to us."

I contacted them but still no response 4 days now ....

I can nomore log in and can not reset my password 

A lot of costumers are contacting me on social media cauz they want order for my items but they can not ! Also I have like 7 sales and did not withdraw yet !!!! 

Anyway I wait until this week-end I will move to ebay or amazon this is too much

Etsy has closed your shop. There is no shop to log into.

Are you sure ? This happened  to you? they say for security purposes and asked me to contact them si why you think they closed it?

I suspect it's to do with what you were selling - from your shopfront it looks like you may well have been selling items not suitable for Etsy.

I'm selling trading indicators that i coded my self  they are well accepted and there are hundrends of sellers doing that sellers doing that

What 'hundreds of sellers are doing' is never a good indicator of whether or not it's allowed on Etsy.

@TraderIndicators: "... there are hundrends of sellers doing ..." Etsy let a lot of violations slide for a very long time but now Etsy is cracking down on what they feel is inappropriate. Without getting into a discussion of what is fair or right or if your shop should have been closed, the fact that there are other shops selling similar items it only means that they have not been caught yet, or those listings may not contain the same trigger that snared you. Additionally, we will not know how many other listings were deactivated using the same trigger - only those that appear to not have been.
