This is a follow up to a previous post. The shop I run is stuck in a void with Etsy. They asked for ID verification, which was provided over a month ago. The shop has been put on vacation hold. We have received an email that no further inform that no further documentation was required, and responded with the information they requested...again. Our shop banner now says it will be suspended today if info not received by today, but it has been sent multiple times! The Christmas season has been lost, sales cancelled, refunds issued, and it seems that a solution to get the shop up again is hopeless. There has contact with Etsy Trust and Safety team and more, and all say "let me know if I can help with anything else" or "look forward to hearing from you, but nothing has happened when a request for further help is sent. Feeling pretty hopeless and now expecting to be suspended after 10 years selling. Does anyone have ANY experience with this, or recommendations on how to avoid this suspension? Thank you!
