International shipping issue

I have a problem at the moment where Etsy are not charging the correct postage for my international customers. The prices I have written in my shop get overridden by Etsy and they revert to the domestic price. I told Etsy about this last week but they have yet to get back to me. I was on the chat box for 3 hours on Tuesday with no response so I had to cancel an order. This has been going on for months and I didn't notice. I have been buying international shipping labels out of my wages without realising it. I have just got another order where they did not charge the customer for tracked shipping which cost me £10.65. I refuse to pay this out of my wages but when I reach out to them on the chat box, they are simply not there. I'm at a loss as to what to do. If I turn off free shipping I will lose visibility and lose a lot of my American customers. Can anyone else give me some advice on how to deal with this? I am not the only one with this issue. I learnt about it on YouTube last week!

you have to remove the different pricing and save

 then put it back and save

.... it's been an ongoing issue for at least 2 years

free shipping to USA is vastly overrated, I charge nearly as much as my item, and still get a good number of sales.

Yes, they tell you to do this, but it doesn't work for me. It will always revert back to the domestic price. Thanks, Nikki
